🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Represent plaintiffs in individual and class action employment matters
• Handle claims involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage theft, retaliation, and PAGA
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and take/defend depositions
• Communicate directly with clients and help shape litigation strategy
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 🎓 J.D. and licensed to practice in California
• 📅 3+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
• ✍️ Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
• 🔥 A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven practice
• 💬 Confident, compassionate communicator with a passion for employee rights

💰 Compensation & Perks:

• Base salary: $150,000 – $200,000
• Hybrid work model based in Los Angeles
