Progressive Sales Career Development Program: Intern → SDR → Account Executive

Program Length: 8-Week Internship → 6–9 Months as SDR → Promotion to Account Executive

Compensation:

  • Internship (8 weeks): Paid
  • SDR Role: $55,000–$65,000 Base + Commission (OTE $80K+)
  • AE Role: Competitive base + uncapped commission (OTE $100K+)

Looking to launch a high-growth career in B2B sales? Our Progressive Sales Career Program is built to take you from an ambitious intern to a top-performing Account Executive in under a year.

This full-time, immersive experience begins with a hands-on 8-week paid internship focused on sales training, lead generation, and outbound prospecting. Upon successful completion and performance, you’ll move into a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, where you’ll sharpen your skills and start making real impact. Within 6–9 months, top performers will be promoted to full-cycle Account Executive roles, owning the entire sales process and closing deals.

You’ll receive best-in-class training, daily mentorship, and a structured path to professional and financial growth.

Program Breakdown:

Phase 1: Sales Development Internship (8 Weeks)

  • Learn foundational B2B sales techniques
  • Participate in workshops, roleplays, and product training
  • Learn to do live prospecting calls, LinkedIn outreach and emails
  • Begin cold outreach and assist with lead qualification
  • Receive mentorship and performance feedback

Phase 2: Sales Development Representative (6–9 Months)

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and set meetings for senior sales team
  • Master objection handling and discovery conversations
  • Track and manage activity using CRM tools
  • Consistently meet weekly KPIs (calls, meetings, opportunities)

Phase 3: Account Executive (Post-Promotion)

  • Run full-cycle sales process from discovery to close
  • Manage your own pipeline and hit revenue targets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for tailored solutions
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our sales org
