Position OverviewIn collaboration with management, this role provides guidance and support on a wide range of legal matters. The primary focus will be reviewing and negotiating complex EPC contracts for projects in the electric power and related industries-from the proposal phase through project execution. Additional responsibilities include supporting negotiations and renewals of Master Service Agreements, purchasing agreements, and other ancillary agreements.
This position is based in Houston, Texas and reports to the General Counsel.
