What you will do:

Join our client's dynamic team as a Concrete Estimator, where you’ll take the lead in assembling high-value bid proposals for concrete construction commercial and industrial projects. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Manage an estimating team, interacting with clients and playing a crucial role in reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting contract documents.
  • Develop comprehensive cost estimates and provide ongoing support for awarded contracts.
  • Be visible in the construction community, building business relationships
  • Contribute to impressive annual revenue, with projects ranging from $5 million to over $50 million.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Structural or Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical training and experience. A PE license is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of concrete construction estimating experience in Tilt-Up, Concrete frames, and industrial concrete projects.
  • Ability to analyze concrete construction metrics, including labor production rates, equipment, formwork, and materials costs.
  • A polished, professional demeanor with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of cast-in-place concrete design and specifications, understanding how loads, heights, and spans affect costs.

Seeking candidates with established local connections and relationships within the Houston, Texas, region. However, we will consider assistance with relocation expenses for strong candidates with excellent resumes in cast-in-place concrete construction and stable work histories.
