Our client a VC firm is on the lookout for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis . This is an exciting opportunity to support a group of exceptional investment professionals while gaining exposure to a fast-paced, high-performing environment that values curiosity, collaboration, and excellence.
Location: in-office role that alternates weekly between our Menlo Park and San Francisco during the week, Mondays Menlo Park, Thursdays San Francisco (other days pending projects)
Contract Type: Ongoing Temp (Initial 6-month engagement)
Hourly Rate: $50–$55/hour (based on experience)
As a key support partner to four leaders, you’ll handle a variety of administrative responsibilities including scheduling, travel coordination, expenses, and occasional event support. You’re the right fit if you’re a master of time management, calm under pressure, and can shift priorities with grace and good humor.
