We're partnering with a highly respected investment firm based in downtown Chicago to help them hire an Executive Assistant in a direct hire capacity. This is a rare opportunity to join a lean, high-performing team where your role is essential—not just supportive.
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, confidential document handling, and general coordination of day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
What You’ll Bring:
✔️ 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives
✔️ A Bachelor’s degree (required)
✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔️ A polished, professional demeanor and the ability to operate with discretion
✔️ Prior experience in finance, investment, or professional services environments is a plus
