Insight Global is seeking an EA/Project Coordinator to support a client specializing in durable, reusable drinkware and gear. In this role, you will assist three executive leaders with daily administrative tasks and project coordination. You will manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and complete task orders to ensure timely execution of project deliverables. Additionally, you will coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Your responsibilities will include preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. You will organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow and support executive needs, handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, and facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders. You will also assist in the preparation of reports, meeting agendas, and minutes, and support special projects and initiatives as needed.
