Job Description

I'm partnering with a top-tier financial services firm in Boston on an exciting Executive Assistant opening. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic team of executives at a highly respected, fast-paced firm that values professionalism, collaboration, and attention to detail.

We’re looking for a proactive, polished, and highly organized Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is always willing to jump in where needed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and handle expense reporting
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy
  • Help coordinate internal meetings, events, and team logistics
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and provide support wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting executives in financial services, private equity, venture capital, investment, or other professional services settings
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating Microsoft Office Suite and other office systems
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset
