🌟 U.S.-Based Executive Virtual Assistant (Full-Time, Pacific Time Hours) 🌟

$18-$22 Hour. Bonuses Avaliable

We’re hiring a  world-class virtual assistant to work directly with the founder of a rapidly growing home services and real estate investment business. This is a  high-impact role for someone who is  organized, tech-savvy, creative , and excited to bring structure to a dynamic, ever-changing workday.

You’ll handle a wide range of projects, communications, and mission-critical administrative tasks. We’re not just looking for someone to check boxes—we want a  creative problem solver and proactive thinker who takes ownership of outcomes and thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

🕒 Required Work Hours

  • Must work  full-time Pacific Time hours (PST)
  • Availability for 40–50 hours/week , with flexibility depending on business needs
  • Occasional weekend or evening availability may be requested

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • ✅  Founder Support
  • Manage and maintain a complex executive calendar
  • Book appointments, vendor meetings, service calls, and personal errands
  • Handle real-time email, message, and voicemail triage
  • Ensure the founder’s day is optimized and organized with follow-ups and reminders
  • ✅  Project & Time Management
  • Build project timelines and manage progress using tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
  • Create and document internal SOPs and process maps
  • Track priorities and deadlines across departments
  • Keep everything (and everyone) on track with follow-up, accountability, and updates
  • ✅  Tech-Savvy Admin Support
  • Build and manage Google Sheets/Excel reports (must know formulas, formatting, and sorting/filtering tools)
  • Use tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, CRMs, and workflow automation platforms
  • Light website and landing page editing (with tools like GoHighLevel or WordPress a plus)
  • Handle light graphic design tasks in Canva and tech documentation
  • ✅  Marketing & Social Media Support
  • Help plan, schedule, and post to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Coordinate with designers or editors for content creation
  • Engage with DMs, comments, and community conversations professionally
  • Track campaign progress and engagement analytics
  • ✅  Client & Vendor Interaction
  • Professionally respond to inbound client and customer messages
  • Schedule appointments and service visits
  • Keep CRM records clean and up-to-date
  • Follow up with leads, vendors, and partners as directed
