Upon successfully completing the Protégé Program , participants open the door to the possibility of becoming independent Farmers Insurance Agency Owners .
Requirements
Willingness to secure required state insurance licenses (support will be provided by Farmers).
A high school diploma or equivalent is essential (a Bachelor's degree is highly preferred).
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.
A vibrant entrepreneurial spirit paired with a strong work ethic is key.
Driven by goals and a genuine desire to assist others.
