About the Opportunity
Eagle is conducting a search on behalf of a rapidly growing, private equity-backed company in the industrial services sector. As the company expands its footprint across Texas and beyond, they are hiring a Field Marketing & Content Coordinator / Brand Ambassador to help shape and amplify the company’s presence in the field, online, and throughout the customer experience.
This is a unique opportunity to blend digital marketing, content creation, and relationship-building in a hands-on role that reports directly to both the President (based in San Antonio) and the CEO (based remotely, with regular presence in the Dallas office).
The preferred location for this role is San Antonio, TX, where the company’s President and field operations are based. Outstanding candidates in the Dallas area will also be considered, but the recruiting focus is on identifying someone who is excited to be San Antonio-based.
Key Responsibilities
· Field & Digital Content Creation:
Travel to job sites, customer locations, and company offices to capture compelling photos, videos, and customer highlights.
· Social Media & Brand Visibility:
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
· Internal & External Communications:
Write, edit, and publish content for internal newsletters, web updates, event recaps, and executive announcements.
· Customer & Community Engagement:
Attend customer meetings, local events, and industry conferences to deepen relationships and showcase company culture.
· Marketing Execution:
Build and manage a consistent content calendar; prioritize marketing initiatives in coordination with executive and field leadership.
· Analytics & Tools:
Track digital engagement metrics; support CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) integration to align content with lead generation and customer pipeline development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Naturally outgoing and personable, with the confidence to walk onto job sites, visit customers, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
· Proven ability to manage social media accounts, develop digital content, and conduct basic photo/video editing.
· Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
· Comfortable navigating CRM systems and aligning marketing efforts with sales and business development goals.
· Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and storytelling.
· Highly organized and self-directed; able to take initiative and work independently while also responding well to executive direction.
· Experience in construction, industrial services, or other field-based B2B industries is strongly preferred.
· A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is helpful but not required with relevant hands-on experience.
