Financial Advisor Administrative Assistant

Horsham, PA

Financial Advisor Administrative Assistant PA is seeking an Experienced Financial Advisor Administrative Assistant.

Hoffman Financial Group seeks a motivated, responsible individual to perform day-to-day operational procedures. This is a full-time position. If not licensed, we will provide assistance and paid training . Will need to obtain it in the first 90 days of starting the position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the Financial Advisor on client reviews.
  • Information database system management client CRM
  • Prepare and process all applications, transfer paperwork, and account services
  • Perform work tasks with a high attention to detail, with the ability to reliably ensure complete accuracy of data and documents.
  • Work independently and make decisions while following established policies.
  • Organize workflow and keep Financial Advisor’s workflow organized.
  • Scheduling insurance and investment-related reviews
  • Preparing client letters and other written communication as requested
  • Schedule annual review meetings
  • Interfacing with the compliance officer and practice compliance.
  • Obtain SIE, series 6 & 63 and paid training required, incentives will be given.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Associate or bachelor’s college degree preferred. Not required.
  • MUST have a minimum of 2 -4 years administrative experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, data base management); spelling and grammar skills; proficiency in math, accounting, and analytical skills; research, analysis, planning and organizational skills.
  • Must have a professional demeanor
  • Takes action on office priorities in a proactive manner.
  • Dedication to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow directions and work with minimum supervision; take ownership of assigned tasks and think for themselves.
  • Excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A pleasant telephone manner and upbeat personality.
  • Punctual and reliable.

Schedule:

  • Full time
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • In person position
