Job Description:

• 5 years Experience in a finance, accounting or an analytical role within finance sector or quantitative analysis
• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
• Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
• Proficient with financial analysis software (i.e., Delphi Technology, Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, Longview).- Proficient with database entry and query software.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Top 5 Mandatory Skills:

• Financial modeling and forecasting - Ability to model cost trends, utilization patterns, rebates, and policy impacts.
• Analytical thinking - Interpreting large data sets to generate decision-ready insights.
• Pharmacy program expertise - Understanding of drug pricing strategies, rebate structures, and cost containment.
• Regulatory awareness - Familiarity with legislative and policy changes impacting pharmacy.
• Strategic planning support - Translating data into actionable insights for leadership and enterprise planning.
