About the Role

As our Fleet Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the compliance, safety, and operational efficiency of our CDL vehicle fleet and construction equipment across multiple job sites. You’ll ensure DOT/FMCSA regulations are met, manage preventative maintenance programs, and lead safety training and investigations company-wide.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of fleet management across regional job sites
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company policies
• Lead accident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action planning
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and training sessions
• Monitor and enforce proper usage, inspection, and maintenance of CDL and heavy equipment
• Collaborate with site supervisors, mechanics, and drivers to improve safety culture
• Manage fleet reporting, ELD systems, and maintenance records

✅ Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fleet and/or safety management, preferably in construction or transportation
• Strong working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and FMCSA regulations
• Experience managing CDL equipment and heavy construction machinery
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• CDL (preferred but not required)
• Ability to travel regionally as needed
