Description:

The MedTech Deliver Finance team leverages financial leadership and analytics to drive value in Distribution, Logistics, and Customer Experience. As an Analyst 4 - Finance, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing the Transportation budget, partnering with core business areas to strengthen financial planning and decision-making.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Leading financial planning, reporting, and analytics for Transportation across Surgery, Orthopedics, and CSS.
• Partnering with Commercial and Supply Chain Finance to understand performance and account for business drivers.
• Driving robust financial forecasting, analysis, and data-driven decisions.
• Supporting financial oversight of an annual transportation budget exceeding $100 million.
• Providing clear, proactive communication and insights to a variety of stakeholders.
• Participating in month-end and quarter-end financial close activities in accordance with clients financial calendar.
• Analyzing transportation costs and performance, updating forecasts, and preparing management reports.
• Building and maintaining advanced Excel-based financial models.
• Ensuring high attention to detail, accuracy, and timely communication, especially during financial close periods.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 4–8 years of relevant finance experience, including FP&A, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and variance reporting.
• Effective communication skills and ability to present findings to various stakeholders.
• Experience supporting or managing large budgets or cost centers.
• Proactive approach and dependable availability during financial close periods.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain finance.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools (mainly for reviewing reports/files).
• Background in analyzing large-scale budgets within a matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Confident, clear communication style; ability to convey the financial story behind data.
