This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative/Insurance Verification specialist located in Oklahoma City, OK. The individual will be responsible for greeting patients, managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, verifying insurance information, scheduling appointments, and performing general receptionist duties. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for this role.

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience with Reservations and scheduling appointments
• Ability to verify insurance information accurately
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a medical office environment is a plus
