• Provide strategic direction and leadership aligned with our mission, vision, and values.
• Develop and execute strategic plans and policies to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

• Oversee day-to-day operations: logistics, fleet, scheduling, and customer service.
• Continuously optimize workflows and systems to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Train, mentor, and lead a high-performing front-line team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and professional growth.

• Ensure timely and professional handling of customer inquiries and feedback.

• Ensure full compliance with safety standards, legal regulations, and company policies.

• Lead local marketing, promotional campaigns, and sales strategies to grow our customer base.

• Experience : 3+ years in a similar leadership role.
• Management : Proven experience managing a business unit or portfolio of $8M+ annually.
• Leadership : Strong leadership skills to set goals, inspire, and motivate teams.
• Decision-Making : Confident, collaborative, and effective decision-making abilities.
• Communication : Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• High Performer : Self-starter who takes initiative and delivers results.
• Dependable : Accountable, team-first mindset with strong follow-through.

• Salary : $70,000 – $80,000 per year (based on skills and experience)
