Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and financial targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in general management, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or metals industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing high-performance teams.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive financial performance.
• Expertise in operational efficiency, supply chain management, and process improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and business management software.
