Graphic Artist

As a Graphic Artist, you will play a key role in the apparel design process by developing innovative and trend-forward graphics and prints for the adult and kids' apparel markets. You'll work closely with the sales and production teams to bring designs to life, ensuring they are market-appropriate and production-ready.

Responsibilities:

• Create graphics and prints based on sales / creative direction.
• Research seasonal graphic trends and apply diverse illustration styles.
• Prepare art files for production, including repeats, recoloring, and technique assignments.
• Update and revise graphics as needed based on feedback from creative, sales, buyers, and production teams.
• Maintain technique libraries and trend resources for the design team.
• Collaborate on presentations and special projects, updating graphic elements as needed.
• Produce trend reports for development inspiration.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in apparel graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in t-shirt graphics or similar items.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Versatility and creativity across different graphic styles, including screen-print and embellishment techniques.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.

• Salary : $65,000–$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
• In-Person Requirement : This is an in-office position , and candidates must be available to work on-site 5 days per week.
