Our brands are built to perform, and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who designs like a marketer and executes like a creative ops machine.Someone who doesn’t just make things look good – they make people feel, act, and remember.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You’ll be the engine behind our digital presence — crafting branded assets that move people, elevate experiences, and drive marketing goals. Think: email campaigns, social assets, ads, retail packaging, apparel, event branding, franchise materials , and more.
You should be able to design with direction when it’s there – and take initiative when it’s not. We’re not looking for someone who needs full details before jumping in, we’re looking for creative problem solvers that can identify gaps and use their innovation and initiative to correct them . You should be a creative strategist who thinks big, works fast, and builds brands that break through.
THIS ROLE'S FOR YOU IF YOU:
-Live for design that drives real marketing outcomes — not just pretty pixels
-Can instantly switch gears between three brands and still stay on-tone and on-target
-You love Canva just as much as illustrator. Not tolerate it — love it . You know how to build high-impact, on-brand templates, manipulate layouts fast, and leverage Canva like the marketing tool it is.
-You must be a Canva PRO — not just familiar, but fluent. We’re talking shortcuts, templates, hacks, and high-volume efficiency. While Adobe Illustrator remains a must for precision design, Canva is mission-critical for our business model. We deploy assets at both the HQ level and across a national franchise network, and Canva allows us to scale fast, stay on-brand, and empower local execution without sacrificing quality.
-Thrive in a fast-moving environment where self-starting is survival
-Can pivot from a stat-focused franchise deck to an Instagram carousel to a stylized campaign identity without flinching
-Don’t need all the answers to get started — you build the bones first , refine as you go
-Want to help shape the visual voice of fitness, recovery, and nutrition brands people actually care about
