In this vital role, you'll maintain, repair, and diagnose issues with a wide variety of heavy construction equipment used in underground utility work.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem-solving, and can take ownership of equipment readiness both in the shop and out in the field. If you have the technical expertise and want to grow within a values-driven, high-performance environment - we're looking for you.

  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts usage.
  • Communicate with operators and site supervisors to proactively identify performance issues and prioritize fixes.
  • Ensure all work complies with DOT, OSHA, and internal safety and environmental standards.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of parts, tools, and supplies; report needs promptly.

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize under pressure and work efficiently in changing environments.
  • Valid driver's license (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • ASE Certification or equivalent vocational/mechanical training (preferred).
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Must provide your own basic tools.
