Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Home Health Physical Therapist. The Home Health Physical Therapist will be responsible for delivering physical therapy services to patients in their homes. The physical therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and rehabilitation.
