Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join their client's team in California. This role is essential for supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping others in a professional setting.

• Assist with the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Prepare and process documentation for new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
• Support the coordination and execution of training and development programs.
• Help organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

1st shift, Monday to Friday

Minimum pay is $20 per hour; maximum pay is $22 per hour.
