Human Resources Manager (41098)

Our client is an organization in the Racine area looking for a Human Resources Manager. This client is looking for someone with 10+ years of HR experience, strong leadership skills and highly organized. This company offers growth opportunities, a strong team and flexibility.

The salary range for this position is $150k-175k. +Bonus.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with corporate leaders to provide consultative HR support in areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases with a focus on resolution, risk mitigation, and compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits activities within corporate functions, applying established frameworks to ensure fairness and alignment with company standards.
  • Ensure timely execution of compliance-driven HR processes and maintain accurate records to support audits and internal governance.
  • Lead recruiting efforts for corporate roles, including developing proactive sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Partner with recruiting teams across business units to support broader hiring needs and promote consistency in talent acquisition practices.
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs that help new hires successfully transition into their roles and the organization’s culture.
  • Create and implement training initiatives aimed at strengthening employee competencies and leadership capabilities.
  • Support career pathing and employee development programs that encourage internal mobility and long-term retention.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement and promote an inclusive, positive workplace environment.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed.

The Human Resources Manager will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or closely related field required.
  • 10+ years of progressive human resources experience.
  • At least 3 years in management role within manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to skills, experience level, and overall qualifications. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
