Job Description

HR Office Assistant

Cleveland, OH

Responsibilities:

  • Transfer personnel files from NetDocs to Dynafile for personnel termed between 2010 and 2022.
  • Based off listing of termed individuals, search NetDocs for personnel file.
  • Split file into Personnel section, Confidential section, and Retirement section.
  • Upload to Dynafile, assign to applicable personnel, and assign appropriate Document Type to each section.
  • Meet with Senior Human Resources Manager each week to discuss progress and any obstacles.
  • Assist in various administrative functions as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Completed or GED
  • Multiple years of office related experience
  • Good organizational and communication skills
