Our client, a prestigious Commercial Real Estate Company, is seeking an In-House Commercial Leasing Attorney for their west midtown offices.
Schedule
On-site – Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Compensation
Base Salary: $175 to $200k
Discretionary bonus, paid at year-end
Must Have:
The work consists of commercial retail and office leases, and liaising with brokers and owners.
The leasing attorney will deal with the leasing team in house and the property managers, and report to the GC of the company.
