Insurance Fraud Litigation Associate – Complex Litigation Team

Location: Los Angeles, California

Work Arrangement: Hybrid Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Insurance Fraud Litigation Associate with at least 2 years of experience to join our Complex Litigation Team in Los Angeles.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney experienced in insurance fraud litigation , RICO actions , and civil recovery claims involving both individuals and corporate entities. You will handle a dynamic caseload that includes first- and third-party insurance fraud disputes, coverage litigation, and bad faith claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Examinations Under Oath (EUO) and take depositions
  • Draft and respond to written discovery
  • Perform coverage analysis and investigative work
  • Draft coverage opinions and legal memoranda
  • Lead and support forensic investigations into fraudulent claims
  • Conduct legal research and draft high-quality written work

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active member of the California State Bar
  • Minimum of 2 years’ litigation experience , ideally with a focus on insurance fraud or civil litigation
  • Excellent communication and legal writing skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $115,000 – $170,000, based on experience
