About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Appian Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to learn, passionate about technology, and ready to build a strong career in low-code development. You will receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on project experience to help you grow into a skilled Appian professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and develop applications using the Appian Low-Code Platform under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Appian applications.
  • Develop and maintain Appian process models, interfaces, and integrations.
  • Implement workflows and customize functionalities as per project needs.
  • Perform unit testing and ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Support troubleshooting and optimize performance for existing applications.
  • Participate in the full application development lifecycle, including design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Assist in creating technical documentation and user guides.
  • Continuously improve your skills through training, certifications, and hands-on assignments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts (Java, Python, SQL, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • High motivation, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be local to the Overland Park / Kansas City area.
