Junior Business Development Representative (Entry-Level)
Looking to break into a career in sales? Ready to learn and grow with an industry leader? We’re expanding our team and looking for a Junior Business Development Rep to help drive our marketing and service sales efforts! No roofing or construction experience needed—we’ll train the right person.
What You'll Do:
Assist in scheduling lunch & learns, events, and client visits
Make outbound calls and join senior reps on field visits
Learn how to identify and approach commercial targets (real estate, condos, etc.)
Support pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and CRM data entry (Salesforce)
Participate in weekly sales meetings and client satisfaction check-ins
Make 50–75 calls/visits weekly to prospective clients (with full training provided)
What You Bring:
High energy, professional attitude, and eagerness to learn
Strong communication skills—phone and face-to-face
Organized, coachable, and motivated
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office and CRM skills are a plus)
Valid Florida Driver’s License
Previous sales or customer service experience is a bonus but not required
