Job Title: Junior Client Success Manager (Healthcare Domain)

Location: Plano, Texas (On-site)

Travel: Domestic travel as needed

Reports to: Senior Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Client Success Manager (CSM) with a background in Health Sciences, Physician Assistant Studies, or Nursing Practice to join our team in Plano. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career at the intersection of healthcare and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior Client Success Managers in day-to-day client engagement activities
• Assist in onboarding, training, and ongoing relationship management with healthcare clients
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and performance
• Analyze client feedback and usage trends to support retention and growth
• Participate in regular client meetings (virtual and in-person as required)
• Document all client interactions and maintain up-to-date records

Qualifications:

• Fresh college graduate in Health Sciences, Physician Assistant Studies, Nursing Practice, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive and client-first mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed
• Must be based in the Dallas area to enable on-site work from Exdion’s Plano office.
• Candidates with a CPC certification will be given added preference.
