We're partnering with a well-regarded regional firm to place a junior litigation associate in its commercial litigation group, based in South Jersey. This is a strong opportunity for a recent judicial clerk or early-career litigator to gain immediate experience handling complex commercial matters in a collaborative, small-team environment.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience or a completed clerkship in the Civil or Appellate Division, strong writing skills, and New Jersey Bar admission. Pennsylvania admission is a plus. Associates in this group are trusted with real responsibility early on-drafting motions, attending court, managing discovery, and building client relationships.
