Job Description

The Planet Group is seeking a passionate and experienced  Junior Product Manager  to support Creative Production Applications in the Creative technology ecosystem including but not limited to Wrike and Adobe Creative Cloud Applications.

Our client is doing a lot of data cleanup right now, enhancing and improving dashboards, supporting some individual brand deployments – the Junior Product Manager would be answering standard configurations questions, and will work closely with creative partners. The product owner will liase between the groups, aligning on process and how that is communicated down to users.


  • Pay : Up to $69-71/hr depending on experience


  • Location : New York (2 days on-site)

Junior Product Manager Responsibilities: 



  • Support execution of the Martech strategy for Creative Technology

    Initiatives.


  • Implement processes and frameworks that deliver efficiencies, build cross-functional collaboration and increase productivity with stakeholders in brands, regions and functions.


  • Understands and delivers on strategic direction for creative technologies used by global brands, regional teams, and design centers.

Junior Product Manager Qualifications:



  • BS/BA degree.


  • 2-3+ years experience with designing and deploying solutions in a global, international, multi-brands context.


  • Experience in a Global DTC organization. 


  • Must be able to communicate to business partners, communicate the technology – bridge the gap.


  • Strong organizational skills.


  • Experience in MS Office. 


  • Ability to understand strategic planning and thought processes – will be executing what has been planned out for the year. Be able to look at the roadmap and understand what that means in a day to day.


  • Solid IT background

Junior Product Owner Functional Skills:



  • Understands and delivers on strategic direction for creative technologies used by global brands, regional teams, and design centers. 


  • Exhibits understanding of macro trends across creative and marketing technologies. 


  • Defines key messages in support of creative technology strategy. 


  • Creates sense of urgency to make change happen; while delivering with consistency. 


  • Seeks feedback throughout change process and recommends adjustment.


  • Seeks perspectives from a broad range of sources, both expected and unexpected. 


  • Fosters environment of continuous improvement and maintains high expectations for deliver. 


  • Experience with creative technologies across content production, proofing, storage, distribution, analytics, and personalization


  • Understanding of: 



    • Designing & Building Products and Platforms


    • Product management


    • Agile development methodologies


    • Learning & Development domain


    • Managing distributed teams




Nice to have:



  • Creative experience (Figma and Adobe Creative Suite). 


  • Understanding of PM tool would be great – using WRIKE.
