Job Description

Salary: $184,000 - 287,500 per year Requirements:

  • We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
  • A Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in working with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
  • Familiarity with current threats to ML models, including adversarial examples, training data extraction, model extraction, and data poisoning.
  • Knowledge of vulnerabilities associated with LLM-powered systems, including direct and indirect prompt injection, guardrail evasion, and tool misuse.
  • Proficiency in modern Deep Learning software architectures and frameworks like Jax or PyTorch.
  • Experience with security development lifecycle processes and tools.
  • Fundamentals of programming and debugging in languages such as Python and C/C++.
  • Strong communication abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for teamwork.
Responsibilities:
  • In this role, you will:
  • Help shape the landscape of ML/AI security architecture.
  • Research, define, design, advise on, develop, review, and implement architectural solutions that adhere to internal and external security standards.
  • Collaborate across various departments to steer the design of secure AI and ML products by working alongside hardware, software, research, IT, and product teams.
  • Engage in architectural modeling, validation, definition, and follow standards to develop infrastructure that enables trusted platforms using hardware security methods.
  • Conduct product cybersecurity assessments for various NVIDIA product lines and complete independent reviews of AI and ML project work packages.
  • Create new attack methodologies and defenses for ML/AI-enabled applications.
  • Contribute to the development of the Product Cybersecurity Training strategy and provide training to enhance awareness and understanding of security requirements, tools, processes, and technical standards for NVIDIA ML/AI systems.
