Company Description:

The legal assistant will be working directly with CEO in business services and violation removal (construction and real estate industry). This position starts part time and can grow quickly to full time depending on the individuals production.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Legal Assistant role located in Ozone Park, NY. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, communication, administrative assistance, invoicing and supporting the team in various capacities.

Qualifications:

- Real Estate Knowledge

- Legal Document Preparation and Administrative Assistance skills

- Strong communication skills

- Excellent organizational and writing skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Invoicing

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in law firm or construction, real estate brokerage firm is a plus

- Real Estate License, NYC DOB Filing Representative, Paralegal Certification, Notary Public
