Overview :

On Your Mark is seeking a motivated, professional, and certified Massage Therapist and/or Personal Trainer to join our wellness center. This is a unique space rental opportunity that allows you to build and grow your own client base while benefiting from the supportive environment of a fully equipped fitness and wellness facility. Key Responsibilities :

  • Massage Therapist : Provide a range of therapeutic massage services (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, etc.) to clients in a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Personal Trainer : Lead one-on-one training sessions and small group training, tailoring programs to the individual needs and goals of each client.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing high-quality service and demonstrating expertise in your field.
  • Manage your own schedule and client bookings.
  • Maintain a professional and clean working environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere within the facility.
  • Ensure all necessary certifications and licensing are up to date.
  • Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards when dealing with client information.

Qualifications :

  • Massage Therapist :
  • Valid state certification and licensure (or equivalent, depending on location).
  • Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and the ability to customize treatments based on client needs.
  • Professional, punctual, and client-focused attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Personal Trainer :
  • Certified personal trainer through a nationally recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.).
  • Ability to create customized fitness plans based on clients’ goals and fitness levels.
  • Knowledge of health, nutrition, and injury prevention.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
