 Position Overview  We’re hiring a 
 Rental Maintenance Specialist  to help maintain our rental properties at a high standard. In this role, you’ll be responsible for completing maintenance work orders, performing routine property inspections, and handling general repairs to ensure homes are safe, functional, and well-cared-for. You’ll also maintain positive communication with tenants to support a great living experience.  What will I do?-  Schedule and perform regular inspections of rental properties to identify needed maintenance and ensure proper care of each home 
 -  Perform preventative maintenance across multiple properties to avoid costly repairs 
 -  Maintain and update a deferred maintenance list with property addresses, issues, and estimated costs 
 -  Complete scope-of-work punch items identified during post-renovation inspections 
 -  Inspect subcontractor work on punch list items to verify completion and quality standards 
 -  Track progress of repairs and updates in the company CRM 
 -  Respond to all maintenance requests within 24 hours of receipt 
 -  Document completed work with clear photos and notes for the Project Manager 
 
 What do I have to have?- 3–5 years of hands-on residential maintenance experience (multi-family or single-family properties preferred)
 -  Working knowledge of basic home repair trades, including electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting 
 -  HVAC certification strongly preferred (EPA Universal or Type II ideal)
 -  Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and complete multiple work orders independently 
 -  Strong communication skills to interact with tenants, subcontractors, and team members 
 -  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided based on availability)
