Advocate Condell Medical Center is part of the Advocate Health enterprise. Operating 275-beds, Trauma Level I, and a 2x Magnet designated acute care hospital, we are actively searching for an experienced, mission-driven, procedural nurse leader for our nationally recognized in multiple specialties including our GI care program. HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Major Responsibilities:
Ensures that work schedule is planned, implemented & monitored according to policy.
Determines appropriate operating expense budget .
Interviews & hires new staff.
Provide orientation of new staff.
Collaborates with physicians, staff and other health team members to assure delivery of quality care.
Identifies projects.
Develops goals for educational development with input from Director.
Attends workshops, seminars and professional organizational meetings both internally and externally to stay abreast of current clinical and managerial issues.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED :
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required :
Active Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice.
Education and Experience Required :
BSN required 3-4 yrs clinical experience 1-2 yrs lead or supervisory experience
