Job Description

We are a fast-growing, innovative technology company in Silicon Valley, looking for a highly organized and experienced Marketing Coordinator to drive our B2B and B2C growth strategies and support go-to-market initiatives. You will lead campaigns, manage digital marketing, create compelling content, and coordinate events. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to marketing campaign execution across channels, including email, social media, SEO, influencer marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Develop, edit, and manage high-quality content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and develop compelling sales enablement materials.
  • Plan and execute events, including product launches, industry conferences, and webinars.
  • Maintain and update website content to align with the latest products, announcements, and brand messaging.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities.
  • Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup, non-profit, or fast-paced tech environment.
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and tools, including Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing, and social media.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic setting.
  • A curious, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for big ideas.
  • Availability to work 3 days a week in our Mountain View office, with flexibility during busy periods.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; strong liberal arts backgrounds with relevant experience also considered.
