Job Description

The next Marketing Manager with our client, LUDWIG+, will do all that and more. You’ll also be responsible for building and executing annual marketing plans to fuel the client’s growth.

About the Role

  • Lead all aspects of the day-to-day integrated marketing programs for your client(s), from strategy to project execution to budget management.
  • Write marketing plans and creative/media briefs that provide clear strategic opportunities, audience insights, business, product, market opportunities, KPIs and more.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices…and action the learning.
  • Execute marketing projects flawlessly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, team members and leaders
  • Present your ideas with a thoughtful POV
  • Always drive to create value for our clients
  • Seize organic and inorganic revenue opportunities
  • Report to the Head of Client Marketing

About You:

  • You have business smarts and look for ways to drive the clients’ business.
  • You will action your 5+ years in Marketing…and ideally blow our mind so that we promote you fast.
  • You never wait for the ask. You are a driving force who is in command of the business, competitive/market situation, and looking for business opportunities to lead the team internally and move the client’s business forward.
  • You are a GSD’er (get s#*! Done) – always on time, on budget, with flawless execution. No matter how complex…you make things run smoothly.
  • You are visionary and super-organized and can manage projects.
  • You can flex your muscle across channels (digital, social, email, retail, events, and any other channel you can think of). And when it’s new, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, figure it out and then flex your new muscle.
  • You “own” it and make things happen.
  • You love to write POVs, decks…and presenting them even more.
