Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) / Part Time Offering Sign on Bonus Skilled Nursing Facility / Lebanon, Ohio 15-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday This is a float position between our 2 SNFs in Lebanon, Ohio.
