Location: Riverside Ca

Hours: Part-Time (Flexible Hours, Approximately 20–25 hrs/week)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Office Assistant to support our growing insurance office. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and eager to grow within the industry. The right candidate will play a key role in client communications, marketing outreach, administrative support, and office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospects via phone, text, and email
  • Conduct follow-ups and marketing outreach through text campaigns
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism
  • Assist clients with policy changes, questions, and payments
  • Process client updates and transactions accurately
  • Manage daily office tasks and help maintain a smooth workflow

Requirements:

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and highly trainable
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable with technology and client management tools
  • Willing and able to obtain an insurance license within 12 months (support provided)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior office or customer service experience
  • Interest in building a long-term career in the insurance industry
