a. Microsoft Office (including Teams AND Excel)
b. Ability to sort, update, and develop spreadsheets (Tracking equipment (tablets, phones, etc))
c. Ability to identify inconsistencies.
Additionally, the plan for the MAI job duties would be:
a. Managing security access for internal systems
b. Tracking equipment orders through the process to ensure nothing is missed and fiscal gets what they need.
c. Managing internal system helpdesk tickets
d. Analysing and assessing reports generated from internal systems.
e. Correcting data integrity errors
f. System configuration
