We are looking for someone with strong clerical skills and some experience with the paperwork needed to set up IEP meetings. Keeping track of notices sent out and collecting them back from parents is a key part of this job.. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish. Translating during meetings is a frequent task. The job also requires good communication skills and excellent note-taking skills. If you have worked at a public school in Los Angeles, especially using Welligent software, you should apply.

This position is full time with benefits. Employees enjoy paid holidays and paid time off when the school is closed, such as during part of the Winter Break, one week when the campus closes in the Summer and 3 paid days off for Thanksgiving break. Paid sick/personal time accrues as required by state law.
Salary range $20-35 per hour based on experience.
Experience with Special Education paperwork and Welligent will be reflected in the salary that we offer.
