Job Description

Boutique international law firm is in need of an Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant to work full time in its new midtown Manhattan office.

The Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant will:

-Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements

-Answer phones and greet guests

-Maintain calendars

-Assist with immigration applications

-Process billing

-Order office supplies

-Have interest in participating in business development/marketing initiatives and events

-Any German language skills are a definite plus!
