Outside Sales Representative

Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate the benefits of our products and solutions to various stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize Google Collaboration Tools for team communication and project management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of direct sales techniques and strategies.
  • Experience in manufacturing or additive manufacturing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain process-related products and 3D printing solutions.
  • Ability to engage with C-suite executives and present at a high level.
