We are working with a client in Shelter Island, NY, who is looking for an office manager/personal executive assistant. They seek someone who has experience in a family office and possesses a blend of personal and executive assistant skills. This includes addressing human resource needs, managing and training staff, handling bill payments and invoicing, and thriving in a fully staffed home environment. While ideally, this person has experience in a family office, they are also open to candidates with office management experience as long as there is a personal touch to the role. They welcome New York City candidates who are willing to relocate, and separate housing will be provided. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, with a full benefits package.
