MSA Home Health, a proud member of the Medical Services of America Inc., seeks a Part-time/PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Home Health patients in Beaufort (Beaufort, Jasper) SC.
· Provides physical therapy services to patients under appropriate guidelines and in accordance with the plan of treatment developed by the PT.
· Assists the physician in implementing and conducting treatment as outlined in treatment plan.
· Monitor patient's response to treatment and modify treatment as indicated in accordance with the plan of care and reports to the physician or client care manager.
· Develops, prepares and maintains individualized client care progress records with accuracy, timeliness and according to policies.
· Assists with interpreting and communicating evaluation findings to patients, family and other staff members.
Job Requirements
· Valid PTA license in the state of SC.
· Valid Driver's License
· Minimum of one-year verifiable physical therapy experience
· Home Health experience preferred.
