Job Description

Who You Are:

As a Post Production Coordinator at Michael Kors, you will be responsible in supporting all global print platforms for post creative deliverables. This role requires an organized, detail-oriented, and ambitious mindset. You will be a central point of contact for all post scheduling and implementation of design and development of advertising and seasonal campaigns specific to in-store visual graphics. You will lead communication, coordination, track progress, and ensure timely completion of post creative assets. You’ll need to be a strong communicator and successful at co-managing the production of deliverables with respect to creative, and technical specs for large format POS requests.

What You’ll Do:

  • Focus on seasonal ad campaign graphic rollout production, including timeline development, project kickoff, quality control and main point of contact for Global Visual and Retail Development teams.
  • Be a liaison between Creative Services, Marketing, and Creative teams for project scheduling and execution under the direction of post-production leads.
  • Work directly with Studio Manager on execution of 4000+ layouts on a seasonal basis, four times a year.
  • Interpret briefs to ensure technical requirements are provided for successful production of deliverables while keeping campaign scope within originated parameters.
  • Establish and grow positive working relationships with internal and external teams by following-through and clearly communicating expectations of all team members involved.
  • Ability to self-prioritize and prioritize for others the tasks associated with successfully launching campaign deliverables.
  • Manage database-driven information and communicate progress by tracking scheduled completion, identifying changes and risks, and being solution-oriented to resolve problems.
  • Assist in seasonal global advertising request to include out of home and hoardings.
  • Partner with Creative and Studio teams to resolve client issues, negotiate expedited timelines and provide solutions to management on projects.
  • Maintain a positive attitude in a fast paced environment.
  • Support Post Production Manager with various responsibilities such as, but not limited to:
  • Manage trafficking and archiving of seasonal assets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain process and scheduled timelines.
  • Manage cropping of assets for social needs.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • 1-3 years in a professional creative production environment.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Top notch organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Knowledge of various printing techniques and correct file preparation.
