Location: Candidates will be required to work onsite 2 days per week in the Bethesda, MD area.

In this vital role within a highly visible public health technical initiative, you'll harness the power of Microsoft Power Automate to create seamless data integrations and automation solutions that enable researchers to accelerate discovery. Your expertise will help bridge complex systems, optimize workflows, and contribute to transformative advancements in health sciences.

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience using Power Automate to automate workflows and integrate data across systems
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing new applications or enhancing existing application functionalities
• Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML web development
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, relational databases, and common data formats like tabular text
• Experience with system integration within cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure, including service identities, access control, and multi-tier deployment pipelines
• Interest in applying AI and Agentic AI solutions to improve efficiency and user outcomes
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across varying levels of technical understanding
• Skilled in developing solutions for complex problems collaboratively within a team
• Bachelors Degree

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Scripting experience in Python or similar languages
• Prior experience working with Power Automate in complex integration scenarios
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or cloud technologies

Other Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust security clearance with NIH
• Willingness to engage in ongoing learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and solutions
