Job Description

• Organizing, coordinating and controlling the timely delivery of vehicles to ensure shipments
• Communicating with transport companies for the purpose of timely delivery of vehicles, shipment and sending accompanying documentation
• Communicating with partner distribution companies regarding the delivery time of products and accompanying documentation
• Working in the internal system - entering various data, reflecting the statuses of completed transportation operations
• Ensuring timely payment of relevant financial debts in cooperation with the finance department
• Participating in the month-end closing process, comparing settlements and preparing relevant reports on shipments
• Managing various types of claims on shipments, in particular, processing information received from clients, preparing a package of claim documents, sending them and checking their satisfaction status

• Higher education, preferably in logistics/economics or other technical field
• 1+ year of work experience in the field of transport/logistics in similar operations
• Fluent Georgian, Russian - B2+ English - B1+ level
• Knowledge of MS Office programs, preferably 1С
• Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
• Oral and written communication skills
• Motivated, result-oriented
